NOVELTY - Earthing pad assembly comprises an inner skin comprises a base layer and a conductive sheet layer disposed above or below the base layer and multiple cotton yarns and conductive yarns, ply yarn formed by combining or twisting them together and an earthing pad (100) made of an outer skin (120) formed by fusion bonding each other so that the inner skin is wrapped with the fabric and the inner skin is wrapped with multiple plied yarns, earthing connection member (200) formed on one edge of the earthing pad and collecting electromagnetic waves generated from the earthing pad and earthing controller (300) that is snap-connected to the earthing connection member and discharges electromagnetic waves collected from the earthing connection member through a ground terminal of an outlet connected to the cord.
