▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Preparing biomass bamboo charcoal based pair electrode material comprises (i) dissolving 2.5-3 g ferric chloride hexahydrate in 100 ml distilled water to obtain a solution, (ii) placing the modified bamboo charcoal obtained in step (a) in the solution of the ferric chlorate, mixing uniformly, stirring at 80degrees Celsius for 12 hours, cooling, filtering, washing and drying to obtain an intermediate product, and (iii) placing the intermediate product in inert gas at 450degrees Celsius to calcin for 3 hours to obtain the counter electrode material, where the preparation of the solution involves dissolving the solution in distilled water, where each 1 g of the modified biomass charcoal required to be ferricchlorate solution is 100 ml, and the mass ratio of bamboo charcoal, graphene oxide and nickel nitrate is 90-100:1:4. USE - The method for preparation of biomass bamboo charcoal based pair electrode material for dye-sensitized solar cell (claimed), and solar battery. ADVANTAGE - The dye-sensitized solar cell prepared by the electrode material has improved photoelectric conversion efficiency on the basis of reducing the manufacturing cost of the electrode, and has good application prospect. The method of biomass bamboo charcoal base electrode material improves the porous structure of bamboo charcoal, the modified bamboo charcoal and ferric chloride hexahydrate to mix processing and high temperature sintering. It can further optimize the conductivity and electro-catalysis performance of electrode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a dye-sensitized solar cell.
