▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing lithium iron phosphate, comprises (i) recycling waste lithium iron phosphate, (ii) dissolving the soluble iron salt in water, then adding the lithium iron phosphate, and dispersing to obtain a dispersion, (iii) heating the dispersion liquid to 40-80℃, stirring, adding hydrogen peroxide and phosphorus source, keeping the pH value at 1-3 during the addition process, adding materials, stirring at 80-95℃ for 4-8 hours, filtering, washing to obtain the precursor, (iv) adding lithium source, carbon source and water, so that the molar ratio of lithium and iron is (1-1.10):1, mixing evenly, drying and placing in a bowl, and (v) calcining, and pulverizing the discharged material to obtain lithium iron phosphate material with a particle size of 0.6-2 μm. USE - The method is useful for preparing lithium iron phosphate, which is useful in battery of power automobile and energy storage and lithium-ion battery anode field. ADVANTAGE - The method provides lithium iron phosphate with high pressure solid density, low cost and high compaction density.
