NOVELTY - Nano-type anti-aging masterbatch comprises 80-100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 5-7 pts. wt. silica, 5-10 pts. wt. diatomite, 5-12 pts. wt. carbon fiber, 3-5 pts. wt. graphene, 5-15 pts. wt. pigment, 10-20 pts. wt. anti-aging agent, 1-2 pts. wt. coupling agent, 3-6 pts. wt. plasticizer, 1-2 pts. wt. lubricant, 1-3 pts. wt. antioxidant, and 1-3 pts. wt. dispersant. USE - Nano-type anti-aging masterbatch. ADVANTAGE - The nano-type anti-aging masterbatch nano-type anti-aging masterbatch improves aging resistance of the traditional master batch. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing nano-type anti-aging masterbatch, which involves: (A) compounding raw materials; and (B) adding raw materials to the mixer for high-speed stirring for 30 minutes, discharging the material, and adding to the screw extruder for extrusion and granulating to obtain final product.
