▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - A surface plasmon resonance sensor comprises U-shaped optical fiber, indium tin oxide based nanorod layer grown on the U-shaped optical fiber, layer of gold particles supported on the indium tin oxide based nanorod layer and graphene layer supported on indium tin oxide based nanorods and gold particle layers. USE - Surface plasmon resonance sensor for biochemical analysis, pharmaceutical testing, environmental protection and food industry (claimed) and detecting trace gases, liquids, chemical elements and DNA and use in fields of biology, chemical engineering and medicine. ADVANTAGE - The U-shaped surface plasmon resonance has improved sensitivity, better stability and strong biological affinity and is smaller in size, lightweight and easy to carry. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for a method for preparing the surface plasmon resonance sensor.
