NOVELTY - Preparing graphene modified polyethylene composite pipe material, comprises (i) stirring surface treatment agent and solvent, and stirring the mixture with graphene powder to ultrasonically disperse; (ii) mixing 0.1-3 pts. wt. modified graphene powder, 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, extruding, and granulating to obtain modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend master batch; and (iii) stirring 1-100 pts. wt. modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend master batch and 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, extruding, and molding. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene modified polyethylene composite pipe material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method completely utilizes polyethylene in industrial device; and produces product with high mechanical strength, and good aging property; and is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene modified polyethylene composite pipe material, comprises (i) uniformly stirring 1x 10-3-1 pts. wt. surface treatment agent and 1000 pts. wt. solvent, and stirring the mixture with 1-100 pts. wt. graphene powder added into a high speed stirrer to ultrasonically disperse to obtain modified graphene dispersion liquid, and drying the dispersion liquid, to obtain spherical modified graphene powder; (ii) mixing 0.1-3 pts. wt. modified graphene powder, 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, 0.1-5 pts. wt. antioxidant and 0.1-5 pts. wt. dispersant, and then extruding and granulating to obtain modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend master batch; and (iii) uniformly stirring 1-100 pts. wt. modified graphene powder/polyethylene blend master batch and 100 pts. wt. polyethylene resin, and extruding, and molding to obtain the product.
