▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing cocoon-derived carbon/graphene/copper sulfide composite materials involves immersing silk cocoons in water and isopropanol in sequence, and performing washing pretreatment. The pretreated silkworm cocoon is infiltrated in the graphene oxide aqueous solution. The graphene oxide is supported on the silkworm cocoon. The carbon cocoons loaded is calcined and coked with graphene oxide under an inert gas. The calcined cocoon-derived carbon/graphene oxide composite is added to ethylene glycol solution containing copper nitrate and sulfur-containing compound. The solvothermal reaction is performed to obtain cocoon-derived carbon/graphene/copper sulfide composite material. USE - Method for preparing cocoon-derived carbon/graphene/copper sulfide composite materials used in supercapacitor and composite material is directly used as super capacitor electrode material (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare cocoon-derived carbon/graphene/copper sulfide composite materials that has simple preparation process, easy mass production, utilizes cocoon-derived carbon with three-dimensional porous structure to effectively load graphene and copper sulfide, and reduces aggregation of graphene and copper sulfide.
