NOVELTY - Preparation of modified polyvinylidene fluoride (PVDF) film involves adding amine-UiO-66 and emulsifier to deionized water and ultrasonically reacting to prepare first solution, adding graphene and manganese(II) acetate to deionized water and stirring, adding the first solution and stirring to prepare second solution, dripping potassium permanganate solution into second solution, adding 1,1-difluoroethylene, transferring to reaction kettle to obtain third mixed solution, separating, washing and drying to obtain fourth solid particles, dissolving pure PVDF in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, adding fourth solid particles, ultrasonically reacting and defoaming to obtain modified PVDF casting solution, dissolving pure PVDF material in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent and defoaming to obtain pure PVDF casting solution, and coating surface of braided tube with pure PVDF casting solution and modified PVDF casting solution, forming film by phase separation in gel bath and drying. USE - Preparation of modified polyvinylidene fluoride film used for treating organophosphorus pesticide wastewater. ADVANTAGE - The modified PVDF film directly reacts with phosphorus-containing organic pesticides to reduce chemical oxygen demand, ammonia nitrogen, total phosphorus and other indicators of wastewater, and the anti-pollution performance is significantly improved. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of modified PVDF film used for treatment of organophosphorus pesticide wastewater, involves adding amine-UiO-66 and emulsifier DNS-86 to deionized water and ultrasonically reacting to prepare first solution, where the mass ratio of aminie-UiO-66 and emulsifier DNS-86 is controlled at 1:1-1:1.5 and the concentration of amine-UiO-66 in the aqueous solution is controlled at 30-50 g/L, adding graphene and manganese(II) acetate to deionized water, stirring and reacting, adding the first solution and stirring for 30 minutes to prepare second solution, where the mass ratio of manganese(II) acetate to graphene is 5:1-4:1 and the mass ratio of amine-UiO-66 to manganese(II) acetate is 3:1-5:1, and slowly dripping potassium permanganate solution with concentration of 0.2 mol/L into second solution, stirring the reaction, adding 1,1-difluoroethylene, transferring to reaction kettle and controlling reaction temperature to 85-95oC to obtain third mixed solution, and separating, washing with absolute ethanol for three times and drying under negative pressure, to obtain fourth solid particles, where the molar ratio of potassium permanganate and manganese(II) acetate is 2:1-2.5:1, dissolving pure PVDF in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent, stirring for 4-6 hours until PVDF is completely dissolved, adding fourth solid particles, ultrasonically reacting for 30-45 minutes and defoaming to obtain modified PVDF casting solution, dissolving pure PVDF material in N,N-dimethylformamide solvent and stirring and defoaming to obtain pure PVDF casting solution, where the amount of pure PVDF is 190-210 g/L of N,N-dimethylformamide and the amount of fourth solid particles is 5-10% of PVDF, coating surface of braided tube with pure PVDF casting solution and modified PVDF casting solution according to conventional spinning process, forming film by phase separation in a gel bath and transferring to deionized water and leaving still, and naturally drying at room temperature.
