NOVELTY - Corrosion resistance magnesium alloy comprises biomagnesium alloy matrix, inner graphene layer and outer tin dioxide layer uniformly distributed on the grain boundaries of magnesium alloy. USE - The corrosion resistance magnesium alloy useful in biomedical field. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the alloy, comprising (i) immersing magnesium alloy powder in sodium hydroxide solution, forming negatively charged hydroxy group on surface of magnesium alloy particles, ultrasonically cleaning etched powder in deionized water and drying, (ii) immersing dried powder in polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride aqueous solution, positively charging surface of magnesium alloy particles by adsorbing the positively charged polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride, rinsing powder with deionized water and drying, immersing in aqueous solution of graphene oxide, rinsing and drying with deionized water to obtain magnesium alloy powder coated with polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride-graphene oxide layer, (iii) adding tin chloride dihydrate to mixed solution of anhydrous ethanol and water, adjusting pH to obtain weakly alkaline precursor solution, transferring the precursor solution and magnesium alloy powder coated with polydiallyldimethylammonium chloride-graphene oxide layer to autoclave for heat preservation, naturally cooling to room temperature, reducing graphene oxide to graphene and tin ions to tin dioxide, washing powder with deionized water and drying to obtain magnesium alloy powder coated with graphene-tin dioxide double layer structure, and (iv) coating magnesium alloy powder with graphene-tin dioxide double layer structure under protective atmosphere and laser selective melting.
