▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Energy battery encapsulating material comprises 10-20 pts. wt. bentonite, 5-15 pts. wt. talcum powder, 4-12 pts. wt. graphene, 8-18 pts. wt. vinyl silicone oil 4-12 pts. wt. white carbon, 5-10 pts. wt. methylphenyl dichlorosilane, 10-20 pts. wt. glass ceramic fibers, 6-18 pts. wt. boron trioxide, and 4-16 pts. wt. polyoxyethylene lauryl alcohol ether sulfate. USE - Energy battery encapsulating material. ADVANTAGE - The energy battery encapsulating material has high temperature resistance, corrosion resistance, and effectively protects battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing energy battery encapsulating material, which involves: (A) adding methylphenyl dichlorosilane, glass ceramic fibers, boron trioxide, sodium polyoxyethylene lauryl ether ether sodium sulfate into kettle, heating reaction kettle at 60 degrees C for 15 minutes to obtain a mixture A; (B) adding saturated polyester resin, bentonite, talc, graphene, vinyl silicone oil, white carbon black into a stirred tank, stirring at a low speed at stirring rate of 100 rev/min for 16 minutes to obtain a mixture B; and (C) adding mixture B into mixture A, mixing thoroughly, adding into a mold for curing at curing temperature of 130 degrees C, cooling to room temperature to obtain final product.
