NOVELTY - Preparation of high efficiency cobaltosic oxide-graphene nanocomposite catalyst involves dispersing graphene oxide in deionized water, adjusting pH value to neutral, stirring, dropping cobalt source compound solution, collecting precipitate, washing with deionized water, and drying to obtain cobalt-graphene oxide complex; obtaining cobaltoxidized graphene composition in gas atmosphere, and calcining to obtain cobaltosic oxidegraphite nanocomposite catalyst; and dispersing cobaltosic oxidegraphite nanocomposite catalyst in 1% chitosan water solution, and dropping coating on electrode surface. USE - Method for preparing high efficiency cobaltosic oxide-graphene nanocomposite catalyst. ADVANTAGE - The method avoids accumulation of small size, ensures stability of catalyst structure in catalytic process, and improves catalytic performance of material.
