▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-molybdenum sulfide/molybdenum oxide nanocomposite material comprises (1) adding 10-20 g potassium permanganate and 1-10 g graphite to round bottom flask, and stirring to form mixture (I), (2) placing mixture (I) in ice water bath, adding sulfuric acid/phosphoric acid and stirring to form a liquid paste, (3) heating liquid paste at 40-60 degrees C, stirring for 10-15 hours, cooling, adding deionized water and 20-40% hydrogen peroxide and stirring, (4) centrifuging, washing remaining solid substance in solution with deionized water and 20-40% hydrochloric acid, (5) soaking solid substance in petroleum ether, filtering, and drying to obtain graphene, (6) weighing 0-0.5 g graphene , 0.2-0.4 g thioacetamide, and 0.1-0.3 g sodium molybdate, dissolving in deionized water, and stirring to obtain mixture (II), (7) transferring mixture (II) to high pressure reaction kettle, and reacting at 150-180 degrees C to obtain reaction product, and (8) separating product, washing, and drying. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene-molybdenum sulfide/molybdenum oxide nanocomposite material. ADVANTAGE - The method improves charge transfer and separation efficiency, and enhances electrocatalytic hydrogen evolution activity. DESCRIPTION OF DRAWING(S) - The drawing shows a scanning transmission electron mirror of the graphene-molybdenum sulfide/molybdenum oxide nanocomposite material.
