NOVELTY - High strength silicone rubber insulating material comprises 62-88 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone crude rubber, 30-48 pts. wt. gas white carbon black, 22-32 pts. wt. nano-aluminum hydroxide, 63-78 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 24-35 pts. wt. nano-BN, 1.2-3 pts. wt. silicon powder, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 1.5-2 pts. wt. ethyl silicone oil and 1.2-2.2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The high strength silicone rubber insulating material is prepared e.g. by taking gas phase white carbon black and silane coupling agent, fully stirring, kneading and molding, vacuumizing, reacting and cooling. USE - The insulating material is useful for composite insulator (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The insulating material: has good insulating performance, has sufficient hardness (Shore hardness as high as more than 80 degrees), high strength (tensile strength is more than 5.5 MPa, has elongation of 450% and leakage tracking performance of 1A4.5 level. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - High strength silicone rubber insulating material comprises 62-88 pts. wt. methyl vinyl silicone crude rubber, 30-48 pts. wt. gas white carbon black, 22-32 pts. wt. nano-aluminum hydroxide, 63-78 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 24-35 pts. wt. nano-BN, 1.2-3 pts. wt. silicon powder, 2-3 pts. wt. hydroxy silicone oil, 1.5-2 pts. wt. ethyl silicone oil and 1.2-2.2 pts. wt. silane coupling agent. The methyl vinyl silicone crude rubber has 0.16% of crude rubber and vinyl content of 0.16% in a ratio of 1-1.2 2.7-3.3. The high strength silicone rubber insulating material is prepared by (i) adding methyl vinyl silicone rubber raw rubber having vinyl content of 0.1% and methyl vinyl silicone rubber having vinyl content of 0.16% to the kneader and stirring in the kneader for 5-8 minutes, (ii) taking the gas phase white carbon black, nano BN and silane coupling agent for 4 times, each time adding and fully stirring to obtain gross rubber, (iii) orderly adding nano aluminum hydroxide into the mixture, graphene oxide, silicon micro-powder, hydroxy silicone oil, ethyl silicone oil and silane coupling agent, kneading and molding, (iv) raising the temperature at 160-165 degrees C, vacuumizing, reacting for 2-1.5 hours, water cooling at 70 degrees C to obtain the product.
