NOVELTY - The method involves providing the micron-sized graphite powder by a sand mill for sand grinding pre-treatment to obtain the first graphite powder. The first graphite powder obtained in step is subjected to high pressure air flow impact for peeling and dispersing to obtain multiple layers of second graphene powder with layer number of 10 to 30 layers. The feeding speed of the high-pressure air flow impact is provided. The multi-layer second graphene powder obtained in the step is subjected to high-pressure air flow impact for peeling and dispersing to obtain the few layers of graphene powder with layer number of 3 to 10 layers. USE - Method for preparing graphene powder by combining sand mill with high pressure gas flow. Uses include but are not limited to an electronic component, sensor, rubber material and a heat conducting material. ADVANTAGE - The method provides a simple equipment, and provides beneficial to industrial transformation with an environmentally friendly operation, and also provides a low energy consumption operation. The method provides a simplified and economic process, where the original structure and characteristics of graphene are extremely retained.
