NOVELTY - High temperature resistant graphene manganese-rich lithium-ion battery diaphragm with aqueous-based binder comprises 70-80 pts. wt. temperature-resistant modified polyurethane emulsion, 10-24 pts. wt. nano-ferroferric oxide powder, 0.8-1.5 pts. wt. antioxidant, 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. defoaming agent, 1.5-3.9 pts. wt. thickening agent, 1-1.5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, and 0.5-1.5 pts. wt. isocyanate curing agent, the high temperature resistant graphene manganese-rich lithium-ion battery separator aqueous-based adhesive is prepared by the following steps: (i) taking the temperature-resistant modified polyurethane emulsion, and isocyanate curing agent, (ii) placing the temperature-resistant modified polyurethane emulsion into the stirrer, stirring to obtain mixed emulsion, and (iii) adding the isocyanate curing agent to the mixed emulsion to obtain a high temperature resistant graphene-manganese-rich lithium-ion battery diaphragm aqueous-based binder. USE - Water-based aqueous binder for high temperature resistant graphene manganese-rich lithium ion battery diaphragm used for electric vehicle, communication device, aerospace and portable electric appliance. ADVANTAGE - The heat-resistant modified polyurethane emulsion has good heat resistance and high temperature resistance, the thermal decomposition temperature of the nano ferroferric oxide powder is high. The binder has good inflaming retarding effect, even if there is flame, it can be self-extinguished in a short time, avoiding the occurrence of flame, improving the safety of graphene manganese-rich lithium ion battery. The battery diaphragm will not be heated and deformed under the high temperature condition, damage avoids local short circuit caused by breaking film, even further expanding with short circuit, causing fire and even explosion phenomenon.
