NOVELTY - Composition comprises at least one graphene and at least one fluoropolymer. The fluoropolymer includes copolymer chain including repeating units derived from tetrafluoroethylene monomer and repeating units derived from fluorinated 1,3-dioxole monomer. USE - The composition is useful to produce membrane, film and barrier film for electronic device, preferably organic light emitting device (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The composition has excellent flexibility and low moisture and oxygen permeability, is economical. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) membrane comprising 5the composition; and (2) barrier film comprising material and the membrane.
