NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-functional aviation tire involves preparing modified graphene, preparing composite tread rubber and sidewall glue, preparing composite tread and sidewall, preparing composite eco friendly tire and preparing aviation tire. 1 to 5 pts. wt. graphite and 1 to 20 pts. wt. strong oxidant are successively added in a reaction kettle to form a mixed material with graphite and strong oxidant to start the reaction kettle. The color of the mixed material changes to golden yellow, reactor is closed. USE - Method for preparing graphene-functional aviation tire (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare graphene-functional aviation tire in simple manner, where no large-scale technical modification is required, and is suitable for preparation of various types of aviation tires and is convenient for popularization and application. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing graphene-functional aviation tire involves preparing modified graphene, preparing composite tread rubber and sidewall glue, preparing composite tread and sidewall, preparing composite eco friendly tire and preparing aviation tire. 1 to 5 pts. wt. graphite and 1 to 20 pts. wt. strong oxidant are successively added in a reaction kettle to form a mixed material with graphite and strong oxidant to start the reaction kettle. The color of the mixed material changes to golden yellow, reactor is closed. The mixed material is removed and dried and reduced to obtain a modified graphene to complete the preparation of modified graphene. 0.1-15 pts. wt. modified graphene is added to the tread rubber and the sidewall rubber and then subjected to plasticization / kneading in an internal mixer. The composite tread rubber and the composite sidewall rubber are respectively obtained to complete the preparation of the composite tread rubber and the side rubber. The tread rubber and the side glue are respectively placed in a roller extruding machine, calendered and then extruded through a rear mouth-shaped plate to obtain the semi-finished rubber component of the composite tread and the sidewall to finish preparation of composite tread and sidewalls. The composite tread and the sidewalls are separately placed on a molding machine for molding operations and assembled into composite eco friendly tires to complete the preparation of composite eco friendly tires. The composite green tire is loaded on a vulcanizer to be vulcanized to obtain the finished product of the graphene functional aviation tire, and the preparation of the aviation tire is completed.
