NOVELTY - Low temperature resistant silicone rubber comprises 80-100 pts. wt. modified methyl vinyl silica gel, 40-50 pts. wt. white carbon black, 5-10 pts. wt. graphene oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. white oil, 1-3 pts. wt. zinc stearate, 10-20 pts. wt. organic peroxide, 1-5 pts. wt. vulcanization aid, and 0.5-1 pts. wt. composite additive. USE - Low temperature resistant silicone rubber. ADVANTAGE - The low temperature resistant silicone rubber has strong low temperature resistance, improves hydrophilicity, high strength, good toughness, strong elasticity and good ductility. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing low temperature resistant silicone rubber, which involves: (A) mixing the modified methyl vinyl silica gel and zinc stearate, adding dispersed organic solution of graphene oxide uniformly, and after ultrasonic stirring, evaporating the organic solvent, adding silica, white oil and composite additives in 3-4 times, performing heat treatment at 60-90 degrees C for 10-30 minutes, and dispensing the glue in 20-40 minutes after vacuuming, passing the rubber compound through the open mixer for 2-4 times, and then filtering in a rubber filter to obtain a clean rubber compound without impurities; (B) remelting, heating to restore the plasticity of the rubber compound, adding organic peroxides and cross-linking agents, thin passing 10-15 times, rolling the next sheet; and (C) curing rubber by microwave steam to obtain the low temperature resistant rubber.
