NOVELTY - Graphene film is obtained by subjecting solid substrate plasma surface treatment. The solid substrate is titrated with graphene oxide solution, and dried to obtain film. The obtained film is heated in aqueous solution of hydroiodic acid reduction. The obtained film with high electric conductivity is automatically separated from the solid substrate, and has 50nm-10 mu m thickness, 1x 104-1x 105S/m conductivity and 0-180 degrees bend. USE - Graphene film. ADVANTAGE - The graphene film has good flexibility, high conductivity and wearable resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing graphene film, which involves: (A) subjecting solid substrate subjected to plasma surface treatment, and titrating with graphene oxide solution; (B) drying the titrated solid substrate under vacuum to obtain graphene oxide film; and (C) adding hydroiodic acid aqueous solution on the solid substrate for separating the graphene oxide film, and drying to obtain the desired product.
