▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - The backlighting unit (1) has a heat sink element (3) that is positioned adjacent to chassis (2). An LED carrier element (4) is positioned adjacent to the heat sink element. An LED (5) is located on the LED carrier element, and provides illumination. An LED lens (6) distributes the light by surrounding the LED. A panel (7) is provided on which the light coming from the LED lens is reflected. LED carrier element is positioned between the chassis and the outdoor environment. A cavity (8) is arranged inside the chassis and the heat sink, and allows the placement of the LED directly on the LED carrier element. USE - Performance-improved backlighting unit used in rear cabinet of display device e.g. TV. ADVANTAGE - The more cost-effective and performance-improved lighting unit in the rear cabinet of the TV can be realized. The need for expensive circuit board materials is eliminated. The thermal conduction path is improved by the superior heat absorption property of graphene. The LED carrier element is produced from a flexible material including polyimide or polyester film-like material, so that both the cost of the cabinet is reduced, and more durable backlighting structure is obtained. More effective cooling of the LED is made possible.
