NOVELTY - Graphene transfer method involves forming catalyst metal layer on substrate, providing graphene on catalyst metal layer, coating bonding layer on graphene, forming substrate on coated bonding layer, solidifying, removing catalyst metal layer by contacting with etching solution for 5-10 seconds, and laminating. USE - Graphene transfer method used for transparency electrode plate for electric component (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables efficient transfer of graphene, by simple method. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for the following: (1) transparency electrode plate; and (2) electric component.
