▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparation method of copper monosulfide-loaded graphene nanoscroll (GNS) nanomaterial in a virus-like shape involves (S1) using an aqueous phase synthesis method, adding a chloroauric acid methanol solution to a 4-hydroxyethyl piperazine ethanesulfonic acid solution and leaving until the color of the solution becomes blue-green to obtain a gold nanostar solution with the particle size of 40-50 nm, (S2) using the aqueous phase synthesis method, adding hyaluronic acid to the gold nanostar solution, adding copper(II) chloride dihydrate, stirring and heating at 95℃, adding sodium sulfide nonahydrate and stirring until the color of the solution changes to dark green to obtain a crude product solution of the GNS nanomaterial solution loaded with copper monosulfide in the virus-like shape and (S3) centrifuging, cleaning and drying the rough GNS nanomaterial solution loaded with copper monosulfide, where the particle size of the copper monosulfide-loaded GNS nanomaterial is 60-80 nm. USE - The method is used for preparing copper monosulfide-loaded GNS nanomaterials, which is used in preparing an antitumor photothermal therapy agent (all claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method is simple, controllable and environmentally friendly, and the prepared virus-like shape nanomaterials have excellent photothermal conversion performance and efficient tumor cell inhibition ability.
