NOVELTY - Adhesive comprises polyethylene oxide (PEO), sodium carboxymethyl starch (CMS-Na) and poly(4-vinylbenzenesulfonic acid) (PSSA)-lithium (Li) in mass ratio of (1-4):(0.8-1.6):0.2-0.4. USE - Adhesive used for preparing positive electrode slurry of lithium-sulfur soft package battery. ADVANTAGE - The adhesive has good adhesive performance, sulfur-fixing performance, structure stability and conductivity, and can prevent the pole piece structure cracking, brittle fracture, ensuring the ion transmission and electronic transmission, and greatly improving the cycle performance and multiplying power performance of the anode material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for using adhesive for preparing positive electrode slurry of lithium-sulfur pouch battery, which involves: a. dissolving PEO and CMS-Na in dispersion medium, heating and stirring, cooling to normal temperature after heating and stirring are finished, adding PSSA-Li, and uniformly stirring to obtain adhesive solution; and b. uniformly stirring conductive agent and sulfur-carbon material in adhesive solution to obtain anode slurry.
