NOVELTY - Tuning method of interlayer spacing in graphene oxide composites involves chemically-dissecting graphite powder using oxidizing agents, and supplying carbon dioxide at room temperature and pressure into interlayer spacing of the composite. USE - Tuning method of interlayer spacing in graphene oxide composite (claimed) used for hydrogen storage. ADVANTAGE - The method efficiently and economically tunes interlayer spacing in graphene oxide composite. The composite has high hydrogen-storage stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for the preparation of hydrogen-storage graphene oxide composite.
