NOVELTY - Preparing graphene-modified whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belt useful for coal mines, comprises (a) uniformly mixing the graphene with the auxiliary dispersing agent/coupling agent and stabilizer, until the surface of the graphene is uniform, (b) introducing the graphene grafted polyvinyl chloride particles to the two large extruders produced by the whole core conveyor belt hanging glue, where the machine body temperature is 90-170degrees Celsius, the mold temperature is 165-190degrees Celsius, extruding by two extrusion machines, coating the film on the base belt of the plastic conveyor belts, where the thickness of the surface glue is 1-5 mm, and (c) extruding the mold to produce coal mine entire core flame retardant conveyor sheet with a width of 500-2000 mm. USE - The graphene-modified whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belt is useful for coal mines. ADVANTAGE - The graphene-modified whole-core flame-retardant conveyor belt has high tear resistance, wear resistance, impact resistance and physical performance, and improves physical characteristic, permanent antistatic effect and service life of the joint.
