NOVELTY - Preparing sheet-shaped heat conducting material involves taking sheet-shaped material as base material, soaking sheet-shaped base material in film-forming solution containing aluminium salt to react, coating aluminium oxide precursor film on surface of sheet-shaped base material; filtering suspension, centrifuging to obtain solid; freezing and drying centrifuged solid; sintering solid at high temperature, and preparing sheet-shaped heat conducting material. USE - Method for preparing sheet-shaped heat conducting material used for energy transformer (claimed), and used as heat-conducting filler of casting component. ADVANTAGE - The method helps in improving thermal conductivity of energy transformer casting component, maintain good insulation and pressure resistance, reduce temperature rising rate of energy transformer, improve overload capacity and prolong service life.
