NOVELTY - Method of reducing manganese content in graphene oxide involves adding graphite into mixed solution containing concentrated sulfuric acid and phosphoric acid, adding potassium permanganate, reacting at 40-60 degrees C for 9-15 hours, adding mixed acid 1-4 times of ice water, stirring uniformly, filtering the solution, cooling to room temperature, adding graphite 3-5 times of hydrogen peroxide solution, washing using distilled water until pH is 4-6, filtering, and obtaining wet material. USE - Method of reducing manganese content in graphene oxide (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The manganese content in graphene oxide is reduced by simple method by reduced water consumption and uniform grain diameter distribution. The content of manganese in graphene oxide is less than 20 ~g/g.
