NOVELTY - Manufacture of graphene involves growing graphene by supplying carbon to surface of transition metal substrate, forming resin support film on the graphene, removing the transition metal substrate by etching, bonding the graphene on the resin support film onto suitable substrate or layer, removing metal particles exist on the surface of the resin support film, and removing the resin support film. USE - Manufacture of graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method provides graphene having high quality, stability, yield, and reduced adhesiveness of metal particles of copper which occurs in printing transfer processes.
