NOVELTY - A composite coating material comprises epoxy resin as base material, and tea polyphenols/graphene nano-hybrid material mixed with the base material. The tea polyphenols/graphene nano-hybrid material is made by modifying the graphene with tea polyphenols. USE - Composite coating material. ADVANTAGE - The composite coating material effectively improves the anti-corrosion performance, and avoids the corrosive medium from entering the substrate. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of composite coating material, which involves mixing (S1) the emulsion-like epoxy resin with the curing agent, stirring to obtain the base material, adding (S2) graphene to deionized water, ultrasonically-processing for 1 hour, removing the graphene dispersion by centrifugation to obtain graphene dispersion, adding the deionized aqueous solution of tea polyphenol to the graphene dispersion, stirring, raising the temperature to 90 degrees C, performing the reaction for 8 hours, washing the obtained product, freeze-drying to obtain tea polyphenols/graphene nano-hybrid material, mixing (S3) the base material and tea polyphenols/graphene nano-hybrid material to form a composite coating material liquid, using high-pressure spray gun to spray the composite coating material liquid on the surface of the article, and solidifying for 7 days at normal temperature.
