▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Heat dissipation paint composition comprises boron nitride powder and an epoxy resin. The boron nitride powder is pretreated with ammonia plasma, a hydrophobic alkyl group is present on the surface of the boron nitride powder by primary treatment with fatty acid or a fatty acid salt within the range of 8 to 20 carbon atoms. A hydrophilic polyethylene glycol group exists on the surface of the boron nitride powder by secondary treatment with polyethylene glycol having an amine group. The boron nitride powder has an average particle diameter of 1-20 mu m in size with a plate-like structure. The composition further comprises coronene as an additive. USE - The composition is useful for preparing LED lighting fixture. ADVANTAGE - The fixture has excellent heat dissipation characteristics. The composition has good dispersibility, stability and excellent heat dissipation effect. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for LED lighting fixture manufactured by the heat dissipation paint composition.
