NOVELTY - The device comprises a shell (1), a cathode film (4), a conductive medium layer (3), an anode film (5) and an inner core (2) from outside to the inside. The cathode film is prepared on the inner wall of the shell. The anode film is prepared on the outer wall of the inner core. The cathode film is a nano-iron cathode film. The anode film is a nano-nickel anode film. USE - The device is useful in defense engineering, track, airport, petroleum, chemical engineering, mining, electric power, building, communication signal, broadcast TV and weather. ADVANTAGE - The device can realize more fast charging and discharging and large capacity; has good stability and lower voltage threshold value; has simple operation and low cost; reduces the volume strain generated by the buffer material in the charging and discharge process; shortens the charges transfer path; improves the utilization rate of the active material, and also improves the performance of the material; does not need to use the adhesive and conductive in the assembling process; can greatly simplify the assembly process.
