NOVELTY - Biological compatibility coating composition comprises polylactic acid, graphene oxide, zinc oxide nanowire, barley seedling, southernwood and deionized water. USE - The biological compatibility coating composition is used for microwave ablation needle (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The coating composition has good barrier heat transfer effect, does not conduct heat at the same time, has good biological compatibility, does not generate toxic effect to human body, can inhibit bacteria, does not cause adverse reaction after coating on the microwave ablation needle, can always keep low temperature characteristic, has thickness of 1000 microm, does not occupy large space, and is suitable for industrial use. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are also included for: (1) preparation of the composition comprising respectively grinding the barley seedling and sweet wormwood into nanopowder with diameter of 20-40 nm; stirring and mixing the graphene oxide and deionized water uniformly, adding barley seedling nanopowder and sweet wormwood nanopowder, stirring and mixing uniformly; and adding the zinc oxide nanowire into polylactic acid solution, adding the mixture obtained in the second step, and ultrasonically dispersing for 6-20 minutes; and (2) application of the composition for microwave ablation needle.
