▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Preparing in-situ graphene modified polyethylene terephthalate fiber comprises (i) adding graphene material in polymerization process of polyethylene terephthalate polyester to obtain graphene modified polyethylene terephthalate raw material, and (ii) melt-spinning graphene-modified polyethylene terephthalate raw material, and adding polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) polymer online during melting process to obtain the finished product. USE - The method is useful for preparing in-situ graphene modified polyethylene terephthalate fiber. ADVANTAGE - The fiber: has antibacterial, anti-mite, heat preservation and anti-ultraviolet functions due to its special structure. The method: melts and adds polybutylene terephthalate in the form of masterbatch addition in the process of fiber preparation; improves the spinnability of fiber preparation and strength of finished fiber; has excellent compatibility and excellent rheological property, and excellent toughness; reduces machine stopping rate and cloth defect rate; and improves tensile resistance and wear resistance in the weaving process.
