NOVELTY - Layer-by-layer deposition solid wall agent dispersion liquid comprises 50-60 pts. wt. base fluid, 30-40 pts. wt. solid wall particles, 5-8 pts. wt. main dispersant, and 2-5 pts. wt. auxiliary dispersant. The solid wall particles are flake graphite powder, graphene, carbon nanotubes, nano-montmorillonite, and/or nano-silica. USE - The layer-by-layer deposition solid wall agent dispersion liquid is used for drilling fluids for borehole wall. ADVANTAGE - The wall-fixing agent dispersion is mainly used for reinforcement of borehole wall and can form layered deposition structure on surface of borehole wall. The structure has high mechanical strength and good compactness, which can reduce invasion of drilling fluid to formation and reduce borehole wall instability. The layer-by-layer wall-fixing agent dispersion has small effect on rheology of drilling fluid, which solves problem of easy thickening of fine particles. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for preparation of the dispersion liquid comprising dissolving main dispersant and auxiliary dispersant in water to form aqueous solution; adding solid-wall particles to aqueous solution; carrying out ultrasonic treatment; and taking upper layer of solution for centrifugal separation.
