NOVELTY - Efficient cleaning agent comprises 2-7 pts. wt. surfactant, 4-8 pts. wt. composite corrosion inhibitor, 0.5-3 pts. wt. defoamer, 1-3 pts. wt. anti-redeposition agent, 2-6 pts. wt. emulsifier and 400- 1200 pts. wt. water. The surfactant includes NP-10, EL-5 and polyether-modified trisiloxane with a mass ratio of (1-2):(1-2):(1-3). The preparation method of the modified trisiloxane comprises mixing heptamethyltrisiloxane and polyoxyethylene polyoxypropylene ether acetate, adding a small amount of Pt-based catalyst dropwise, heating to 60-70℃ and 150-165℃ under low pressure for 2-4 hours reaction, performing vacuum distillation and heating to 125-130℃ to remove low boilers to obtain polyether-modified trisiloxane. USE - The cleaning agent is useful for metal surface. ADVANTAGE - The high-efficiency cleaning agent has strong emulsifying function to the dirt surface, can effectively remove oil stain, no corrosion to the metal surface, and improves the rust resistance of metal surface to a certain extent.
