NOVELTY - A high-strength modified nitrile rubber comprises 55-65 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 33-45 pts. wt. natural rubber, 30-33 pts. wt. isoprene rubber, 20-25 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. carbon black, 12-18 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. vinyltrichlorosilane, 4.3-6.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 1.8-2.3 pts. wt. accelerator M, 2.2-2.6 pts. wt. accelerator DM, 3-6 pts. wt. 4,5-epoxy-tetrahydro-isooctyl phthalate, 5-6 pts. wt. liquid coumarone, antioxidant 800-B, antioxidant BLE, scorch retarder CTP, environmentally-friendly aromatic oil TDAE and stearylamine. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - A high-strength modified nitrile rubber comprises 55-65 pts. wt. nitrile rubber, 33-45 pts. wt. natural rubber, 30-33 pts. wt. isoprene rubber, 20-25 pts. wt. modified graphene, 15-25 pts. wt. carbon black, 12-18 pts. wt. kaolin, 5-7 pts. wt. zinc oxide, 3-5 pts. wt. vinyltrichlorosilane, 4.3-6.5 pts. wt. sulfur, 1.8-2.3 pts. wt. accelerator M, 2.2-2.6 pts. wt. accelerator DM, 3-6 pts. wt. 4,5-epoxy-tetrahydro-iso-octyl phthalate, 5-6 pts. wt. liquid coumarone, 1.3-1.8 pts. wt. antioxidant 800-B, 1.5-2.1 pts. wt. antioxidant BLE, 1.8-2.2 pts. wt. scorch retarder CTP, 5-6 pts. wt. environmentally-friendly aromatic oil TDAE and 1.6-1.8 pts. wt. stearylamine. The concentration of graphene oxide in the graphene oxide aqueous solution is 1.2-1.3 mg/ml. The modified graphene is obtained by mixing 1.2-1.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide and 900-950 pts. wt. water, ultrasonically-treating graphene oxide aqueous solution under power of 800-1000W for 5-7 seconds or 9-11 seconds, adding 3.2-3.7 pts. wt. polyphenol material, stirring for 35-38 minutes, mixing the reaction mixture at 75-80 degrees C at rate of 200-220 rpm for 8-8.5 hours, removing deionized water, centrifuging at rate of 6900-7000 rpm, washing for 30-40 minutes to remove excess polyphenol, and vacuum-filtering using 625-675 mesh-nylon filter under pressure of 60-70 MPa for 25-28 minutes. An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for manufacture of high-strength modified nitrile rubber.
