NOVELTY - Silicon nitride porous ceramic material comprises 30-60 wt.% ceramic powder, 1-3 wt.% water glass, 0.5-1.5 wt.% dispersant and rest is water, raw material slurry to soft organic foam as carrier, where ceramic powder comprises 70-80 wt.% silicon nitride, 10-20 wt.% kaolin, 5-10 wt.% graphene oxide, 1-5 wt.% aluminum oxide and 1-5 wt.% yellow sand. USE - Silicon nitride porous ceramic material. ADVANTAGE - Silicon nitride porous ceramic material has pores and porosity is greater than or equal to 80% has good thermal and chemical stability and high ceramic rib strength. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing silicon nitride porous ceramic material, which involves: (A) adding ceramic powder in water glass, dispersant and water mixed evenly to formed slurry; (B) impregnating above slurry with flexible polyurethane foam as carrier and extruded into blank; (C) drying billet into oven at 100-120 degrees C to hardened; and (D) drying billet into sintering furnace in nitrogen atmosphere at 900-1150 degrees C.
