NOVELTY - Preparing water-soluble fluorinated graphene involves adding 1 pts. wt. fluorinated graphite powder with fluorine content of 20-65 wt.% mixed acid solution, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, treating at 110-130 degrees C in boring tank for 1-2 hours, continue stirring for 0.5-2 hours, adding 3-15 pts. wt. oxidizing agent to the mixed solution, and continued stirring for 0.5-6 hours. The mixture obtained is heated to a constant temperature. USE - Method for preparing water-soluble fluorinated graphene. ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare water-soluble fluorinated graphene in simple and cost-effective manner under mild conditions. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing water-soluble fluorinated graphene involves adding 1 pts. wt. fluorinated graphite powder with fluorine content of 20-65 wt.% mixed acid solution, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, treating at 110-130 degrees C in boring tank for 1-2 hours, continue stirring for 0.5-2 hours, adding 3-15 pts. wt. oxidizing agent to the mixed solution, and continued stirring for 0.5-6 hours. The mixture obtained is heated to a constant temperature in a water bath at 30-60 degrees C for 0.5-6 hours to obtain fluorinated graphite mixed solution. The deionized water is added in dropwise manner to the mixed solution of fluorinated graphite, added hydrogen peroxide, added deionized water, mixture is allowed to stand for stratification. The upper product is then washed at a centrifugal rotation speed of 1000-4000 revoltuions/minute. The pH value of the solution is 7 to obtain final product.
