NOVELTY - High-modulus fluororubber composition comprises 100 pts. wt. fluororubber polymer, 1-8 pts. wt. graphene, and 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 0-15 pts. wt. acid absorbent, 5-3 pts. wt. filler, and 0-3 pts. wt. processing aid. USE - High-modulus fluororubber composition used in oil and gas industry downhole tool seals, valve seals or pump and compressor seals (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The high-modulus fluororubber composition greatly improves hardness, tensile strength, extrusion resistance and shear resistance of the fluororubber composite material, has excellent gas resistance and rapid pressure release performance, is reasonable and the process is simple, and greatly improves sealing and pressure bearing effects of downhole tools and valve seats under high temperature and high pressure. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing high-strength and high-modulus fluororubber composition, which involves: (A) masticating 100 pts. wt. fluororubber polymer uniformly on a two-roll mill and covered with rolls,; (B) mixing 1-8 pts. wt. graphene, 1-5 pts. wt. crosslinking agent, 1-5 pts. wt. accelerator, 0-15 pts. wt. acid absorbent, 5-43 pts. wt. filler, and 0-3 pts. wt. processing aids uniformly, and adding to the open mill to mix the fluororubber polymer with auxiliary materials; (C) mixing fluororubber polymer and auxiliary materials, cutting the rubber mixture of the wrapped roller 5-10 times on the left and right sides, adjusting the roller distance of the open mill to the minimum, rolling triangle bag 10 times, mixing for 15-20 minutes, making the rubber composite material and producing sheet to obtain the fluorine rubber compound; and (D) aging the prepared fluororubber compound rubber for 16 hours, and re-mixing to obtain final product.
