NOVELTY - Preparing silane functional graphene involves adding 100-200 pts. wt. 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid to the three-necked flask, and keeping temperature stable at 0-5 degrees C in an ice-water bath. 1 to 10 pts. wt. mixture of powdered flake graphite and 5 pts. wt. sodium nitrate are slowly added under mechanical agitation and the reaction is stirred vigorously. 10-30 pts. wt. potassium permanganate is further added in batches. The temperature is controlled at 5-10 degrees C. The temperature of the mixture is controlled to be 25-40 degrees C after stirring. USE - Method for preparing silane functional graphene used in antistatic silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive (claimed). ADVANTAGE - The method enables to prepare silane functional graphene solves the problem of uneven dispersion of graphene in a silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, strong electrostatic problem, solves the technical problems of potential safety problems caused by coating and production, and eliminates the adverse effects of static electricity. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparing silane functional graphene involves adding 100-200 pts. wt. 98 wt.% concentrated sulfuric acid to the three-necked flask, and keeping temperature stable at 0-5 degrees C in an ice-water bath. 1 to 10 pts. wt. mixture of powdered flake graphite and 5 pts. wt. sodium nitrate are slowly added under mechanical agitation and the reaction is stirred vigorously. 10-30 pts. wt. potassium permanganate is further added in batches. The temperature is controlled at 5-10 degrees C. The temperature of the mixture is controlled to be 25-40 degrees C after stirring. The mixture is stirred for 20-60min, then 300-500 pts. wt. distilled water is added and mixed at 80-100 degrees C for 10-50min, then diluted with 1000-2000 pts. wt. warm water. The hydrogen peroxide is added until the solution is golden yellow, then washed thoroughly with dilute hydrochloric acid and deionized water until there is no sulfate ion, and the filter cake after suction filtration is vacuum dried for 12-24h to obtain graphene oxide. 0.1-0.5 pts. wt. graphene oxide is dispersed in a solvent by ultrasonic treatment, then nitrogen gas is firstly introduced, and then 1-5 pts. wt. silane coupling agent, 0.01-0.1 pts. wt. catalyst are added and reacted at 60-80 degrees C for 5-12h. 0.1-1 pts. wt. reducing agent is further added. The reaction is continued for 5-12h, then centrifuged and washed with absolute ethanol for 3-5 times. The product is vacuum dried at 60-80 degrees C for 10-24h to obtain a finished product of silane functional graphene. INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) an antistatic silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive, which comprises 100 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane silicone oil of which end group is alkenyl, 50 to 200 pts. wt. polydimethylsiloxane gum having an alkenyl group at the end, 1-70 pts. wt. MQ silicone resin, 80-400 pts. wt. diluent, 1-5 pts. wt. tackifier and 0.1 to 5 pts. wt. silane functional graphene; and (2) a method for preparing antistatic silicone pressure sensitive adhesive, which involves placing polydimethylsiloxane silicone oil of which end group is alkenyl, polydimethylsiloxane gum of which end group is alkenyl, MQ silicone resin, diluen, tackifier, silanated graphene, crosslinking agent, and inhibitor and mixing with 0.1-1 pts. wt. platinum catalyst and curing under the condition of 130 degrees C for 1 minute to obtain the finished anti-static silicone pressure-sensitive adhesive.
