▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Preparing graphene/polymer multi-orientation filling modified chemical fiber comprises mixing graphene, propylene monomer, acrylate monomer, comonomers, macromolecular crosslinking agent and initiator to obtain mixed solution, mixing the mixed solution and aqueous phase dispersion system, and performing homogenizing treatment to obtain suspension, carrying out in-situ suspension polymerization reaction to the suspension to obtain graphene/polymer microsphere, adding graphene/polymer microsphere and chemical fiber substrate in double-screw extruder for melting and mixing, extruding and drafting to obtain graphene/polymer multi-orientation filling modified chemical fiber. USE - The method is useful for preparing graphene/polymer multi-orientation filling modified chemical fiber. ADVANTAGE - The method adopts in-situ suspension polymerization to coat graphene, greatly improves dispersion effect of graphene, uses comonomers to increase the compatibility between graphene and polymer microspheres, adopts low-melting, high-toughness graphene/polymer microsphere orientation filling modified chemical fiber, increases strength and toughness of chemical fiber at the same time, improves electrical and thermal conductivity of chemical fiber products, inhibits formation of cracks in the radial direction, induces high orientation and crystallization of polymer molecules in the chemical fiber substrate, and increases strength of the fiber material. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for graphene/polymer multi-oriented filled modified chemical fiber, comprising polymer microspheres form an oriented microfiber structure in the fiber, and aligning the graphene in the microfiber structure.
