▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Proton exchange membrane electrode comprises an anode catalytic layer, a substrate layer, a cathode catalytic layer and a cathode transition layer which are orderly overlapped. The anode catalytic layer is a film obtained by mixing an oxygen evolution catalyst, a dispersion solvent and a perfluorosulfonic acid solution. The substrate layer comprises polydimethylsiloxane dispersed with modified Y-type molecular sieve. The cathode catalytic layer comprises a carrier surface coated with a platinum catalyst. The carrier comprises tungsten oxide nano ball surface loaded with nano graphene oxide and the cathode transition layer is a perfluorinated sulfonic acid film. The oxygen evolution catalyst is one of nano oxides of platinum, iridium, palladium, gold, ruthenium, rhodium, osmium or tantalum and the dispersing solvent is isopropanol. USE - The proton exchange membrane electrode is useful for producing hydrogen by electrolyzing water which is useful in hydrogen preparation technology field. ADVANTAGE - The proton exchange membrane electrode: can reduce the use amount of noble metal in the membrane electrode, improve the utilization rate of the noble metal catalyst, and optimize the uniform distribution of the gas-liquid transmission channel of the catalytic layer; and provides good the interlayer compatibility between the proton-exchange membrane electrode which can improve the whole structure stability. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing proton exchange membrane electrode.
