▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - A concrete product is obtained by pouring a concrete slurry comprising concrete mixture, colloidal silica admixture, graphene oxide flake admixture and at least one fiber chosen from steel fibers, helix fibers, basalt fibers, polyvinyl alcohol fibers, carbon fibers and synthetic fibers. The poured slurry hardens into a composite material. The composite material comprises capillary structures, in which at least a portion fills with silica, lime and graphene oxide flakes. The silica and lime react to produce a gel structure of calcium silicate hydrate which partially fill the capillary structures. The graphene oxide flakes embed along and partially fill the capillary structures. The calcium silicate hydrate reduces internal tensile forces acting on the concrete product. The embedded graphene oxide flakes distribute the load of the composite material acting on the concrete product. USE - Concrete product e.g. fiberless concrete product (all claimed) such as concrete slabs, floor slabs, foundation slabs, concrete rafts, concrete pillars and columns. ADVANTAGE - The concrete product has improved stiffness, strength and prevents over-drying, shrinkage and cracking of the concrete product by embedding the capillary structures with dispersed graphene oxide. The preparation process of concrete products is more efficient and effective. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: (1) preparation of concrete product, which involves preparing a concrete slurry comprising concrete mixture, colloidal silica admixture, graphene oxide flake admixture and fiber, pouring the concrete slurry, allowing the concrete slurry to cure, in which capillary structures develop as the concrete product sets from the poured concrete slurry and at least a portion of the capillary structures of the product fills with silica and lime and graphene oxide flakes, and reacting silica and lime to produce a gel structure of calcium silicate hydrate which partially fills the capillary structures and graphene oxide flakes embed along and partially fill the capillary structures; (2) fiberless concrete product, which is obtained by pouring a concrete slurry on a substrate; (3) preparation of fiberless concrete product, which involves preparing a concrete slurry, pouring the concrete slurry and allowing the concrete slurry to cure; and (4) concrete slurry admixture, which comprises suspension of silica in a colloidal liquid phase, and graphene oxide flakes distributed in a liquid phase.
