NOVELTY - Copolymerized nylon/graphene composite microsphere comprises 15-40 pts. wt. polymer, 36-80.75 pts. wt. lactam (A), 4.25-24 pts. wt. lactam (B), 0.03-0.85 pt. wt. graphene, 0.018-0.85 pt. wt. catalyst, and 0.018-0.85 pt. wt. activator. USE - The microsphere is useful in selective laser sintering technology. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is included for a method for preparing the copolymerized nylon/graphene composite microspheres involving (a) mixing the he polymer, lactam (A), lactam (B), graphene and catalyst in a container and stirring for 0.5-2.5 hours under the protection of nitrogen at 70-150 degrees C, and then distilling under reduced pressure to remove small amount of water remaining in the system to obtain a mixed solution, (b) adding the activator to the prepared mixed solution, shaking, immediately adding in a mold at 110-170 degrees C, reacting and solidifying to obtain a composite material, and (c) breaking the composite material, dissolving with a solvent to remove the polymer phase added to the system during preparation, and filtering to obtain a black powder as the final required product.
