▎ 摘 要
NOVELTY - Sandwich structure solid amine CO2 adsorbent, where the adsorbent is ammonia functionalized mesoporous silica/graphene sandwich structure composite material based on graphene, the mesoporous silica is grown on the upper and lower surfaces of the graphene to form a sandwich structure, and -NH2 is introduced on the surface or pore wall of mesoporous silica by covalent bond using a monolayer self-assembly modification technique, is claimed. USE - Used as sandwich structure solid amine CO2 adsorbent. ADVANTAGE - The method is safe and controllable. The adsorbent has high-specific surface area and multi-stage pore distribution. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for preparing the adsorbent, comprising ultrasonically dispersing graphene oxide powder into deionized water to obtain uniform dispersion A, adding NaOH to dispersion A, adjusting the pH of the mixture to 12, stirring at 80-100 degrees C for 1-2 hours to obtain mixture B, adding a cationic surfactant to the mixture B, stirring at 80-100 degrees C for 2-3 hours to obtain mixture C, adding a mixture of cyclohexane containing tetraethyl orthosilicate to the mixture C, stirring, reacting at 80-100 degrees C for 24-36 hours, cooling, filtering, washing with ethanol and deionized water to obtain composite material D, sequentially using ammonium nitrate in ethanol solution and HI solution, stirring at 60-100 degrees C for 6-24 hours to obtain mSiO2/GNs sandwich structure composite material E, adding an aminosilane coupling agent to the anhydrous toluene dispersion of composite E, reflowing at 60-110 degrees C for 6-24 hours, and collecting.
