NOVELTY - Production of conductive agent involves preparing graphene materials by mechanical stripping method, adding the graphene material and intercalation agent to ball milling tank, ball milling for 30-60 minutes under inert gas, obtaining mixture precursor, mixing the mixture precursor with intercalation solvent, ultrasonically processing, adding polydopamine and dispersant sequentially, stirring, performing microwave treatment, obtaining exfoliated graphene mixture slurry, using deionized water to wash and filtering the exfoliated graphene mixture slurry, obtaining exfoliated graphene slurry, freeze drying the exfoliated graphene slurry, obtaining exfoliated graphene, mixing 1 pt. wt. binder with 20-200 pts. wt. solvent, stirring, obtaining binder mixture, mixing 100 pts. wt. binder mixture and 1-10 pts. wt. exfoliated graphene, stirring for 1-3 hours, adding 0.5-5 pts. wt. other conductive component, stirring for 0.5-2 hours, and ultrasonically processing for 1-3 hours. USE - Production of conductive agent for battery. ADVANTAGE - The method uses the intercalation method to perform chemical exfoliation treatment on the graphene material to improve the dispersion of graphene and make excellent surface contact effect of the graphene sheet. The conductive agent has excellent conductivity and more stable performance.
