▎ 摘 要

NOVELTY - Composite metal cathode comprises current collector, electrodeposited metal layer, and fluorine-doped amorphous carbon-based protective layer; the current collector, the electrodeposited metal layer, and the fluorine-doped amorphous carbon-based protective layer form a sandwich structure; the fluorine-doped amorphous carbon-based protective layer is uniformly attached to the surface of the current collector; the electrodeposited metal layer is flaky parallel to the current collector. USE - The composite metal cathode is useful for secondary battery, preferably zinc, lithium, sodium, potassium, aluminum, magnesium and other secondary ion batteries. ADVANTAGE - The composite metal cathode: has sandwich structure; and can be assembled with a conventional anode, a diaphragm and an electrolyte to form a secondary battery, which can effectively improve the cycle life of the battery. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - INDEPENDENT CLAIMS are included for: Preparing the composite metal cathode (1) dissolving the fluorine-containing polymer material in polar organic solvent to form a viscous liquid, and immersing the current collector in the viscous liquid to form a film to obtain a composite current collector precursor; (2) carbonizing the composite current collector precursor at high temperature to obtain electrode precursor with fluorine-doped amorphous carbon layer covering the current collector; (3) slicing the electrode precursor and loading into a battery, depositing metal between the fluorine-doped amorphous carbon layer and the current collector by electrochemical deposition. Secondary battery.
