NOVELTY - Preparation of polyamide 11/graphene oxide composite material involves stirring graphite, solid reagent (A) and sulfuric acid in container under ice-water bath, adding solid reagent (B), heat-stirring, dripping distilled water and hydrogen peroxide, stirring, filtering, washing solid with distilled water to obtain saturated graphene oxide solution, mixing aminoundecanoic acid monomer and saturated graphene oxide solution, filtering, vacuum-drying, milling, mixing with antioxidant, catalyst and blocking agent, evacuating through an inert gas, heating, cooling and grinding. USE - Preparation of polyamide 11/graphene oxide composite material used for automobiles, medical devices, optical instruments and electrical/electronic components. ADVANTAGE - The methods enables preparation of polyamide 11/graphene oxide composite material having excellent workability, electrical property and mechanical property by safe process. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - Preparation of polyamide 11/graphene oxide composite material involves stirring 2 g graphite, 0.5-4 g solid reagent (A) and 20-80 ml sulfuric acid for 10-30 minutes in container under ice-water bath, adding 4-10 g solid reagent (B), heat-stirring at 30-50 degrees C for 1-4 hours, dripping 60-120 ml distilled water, maintaining for 0.5-3 hours, dripping 200-400 ml distilled water and 5-20 ml hydrogen peroxide, stirring for 5-15 minutes, filtering, washing solid with distilled water until pH of wash liquid is neutral to obtain saturated graphene oxide solution, mixing 92.5-99.4 g aminoundecanoic acid monomer and 0.05-2 g saturated graphene oxide solution, filtering, vacuum-drying, milling, mixing with 0.2-0.5 g antioxidant, 0.05-2 g catalyst and 0.3-3 g blocking agent, evacuating through an inert gas, heating to 190 degrees C, evacuating, heating to 240 degrees C for 4-8 hours, cooling and grinding.
