▎ 摘  要

NOVELTY - Formulation comprises: aluminum powder with particle size of 15-30 μ m; a binder, where the aluminum powder to the binder ratio is 2:1; and a 0.02-0.07 wt.% of graphene nanoplatelets. USE - The formulation is useful for aluminum-graphene nanoplatelets composite coatings. ADVANTAGE - The formulation: improves pool BHT; is to study surface properties e.g. morphology, composition, roughness and porosity of prepared AlGNPs composite coatings, which is a very attractive material for pool boiling applications because of its better formability, lower density, greater strength, good thermal conductivity and high corrosion resistance. DETAILED DESCRIPTION - An INDEPENDENT CLAIM is also included for formulating AlGNPs composite coatings, milling of an aluminum powder having a particle size of 15-30 μ m and 0.02-0.07 wt.% a GNPs, where the milling is performed at 300-500 rpm for 1-3 hours under an inert gas atmosphere to form AlGNPs composite powder, screen printing the formed AlGNPs composite powder on an aluminum substrate using a binder for controlling composite coating thickness, placing the AlGNPs composite screen-printed aluminum substrate in the inert gas protected quartz furnace and heating the composite coatings at a defined temperature for a specific interval to eliminate the binder from the coating and fabricate sintered microporous AlGNPs composite coating on the plain aluminum heating surface.
