NOVELTY - Preparation of flexible flame-retardant shaped phase change material involves (s1) adding phase change matrix, supporting material, and heat conducting reinforced material to obtain flexible composite phase change material, and hot-pressing to obtain a flexible shaped phase change material, (s2) adding 10-42 parts mass flame retardant, 87-56 parts mass room temperature vulcanized silicone rubber, mechanically stirring, adding 0.5-2 parts mass curing agent, 0.25-0.5 parts mass catalyst and 0.25-0.5 parts mass silane coupling agent, stirring for 5 minutes to obtain a flexible flame-retardant coating, and (s3) coating the flame-retardant coating on change material surface, and curing for more than 30 minutes. The coating thickness of flame-retardant coating is 0.3-1 mm. The vertical combustion test result of flexible flame-retardant shape-phase change material reaches UL-94 V0 level, and oxygen index test result (LOI) is above 27 vol.%. The peak release rate is reduced by more than 60%. USE - Preparation of flexible flame-retardant shaped phase change material. ADVANTAGE - The flexible shaped phase change material has low surface hardness and good flexibility, can adapt to various equipment shapes, and reduces contact thermal resistance. The high flexibility of flame-retardant coating has no effect on the mechanical properties and energy storage properties of the flame-retardant shape-phase change material.
